I think I might sew from scrap bins more than anything. It’s a mindset change. My grandmother made scrap quilts with bright golden yellow as the background, deep red, or any color that suit her fancy. Have you toured the links on Kaja’s site, SewSlowly? she does a link party with people doing fab work with scrappy blocks.
My other suggestion is find one block you are intrigued with, log cabin for instance and start sewing with your scraps and see what happens.

I must say you have very attractive and cohesive scraps. I think mine are more eclectic and make for weirder quilts.
Hmmm. That didn’t post right! I have a friend who was trying to follow my directions for doing anchors like this only I use the html tab and she was trying it on the visual tab. Hers always came out this way, sometimes even worse. I don’t know if that’s what you were testing, though. I don’t see a thing wrong with your html.
