Last week I went digging around the sale bins at Fort Worth Fabric Studio, and a few days later I received happy mail! Don’t you just love when that happens?
Here is the pile of lusciousness that landed in my mailbox:
I would say that is a good looking pile of fabric!
First, the butterflies. I think they are just adorable. The three fabrics here are (Riley Blake) A Beautiful Thing Butterfly and A Beautiful Thing Diamonds, and (Henry Glass) Park Drive Toile Scenes.
I really like anything by Dear Stella, and these two pieces are no exception. They are Sunday Morning Rectangles and Painterly Stripe.
These next three are from Moda’s Fancy line. Fancy Leaves, Fancy Tatiana Warm Sage, and Fancy Katie Golden.
Finally, these two may be my favorites. Rear View by Alexander Henry and The Littles Hospital Gown in Coral by Michael Miller. Those little boxes don’t look like hospital gowns, but the print is fun. Maybe as the lining for a zipper pouch?
Here’s another shot of the blue jeans. This piece is fun and a little ornery and I’m going to enjoy making something with this fabric. Really, it’s just freaking fun!!
I’m so happy these pieces are now in my cabinet waiting for the perfect time for me to pull them out and use them. It was a fun mail day. 🙂
Linking up with the always fun Molli Sparkles for Sunday Stash.
hahaha Love the bum print!!
Cute!
That fabric is too funny! You need to make a bum bag stat!
Haha – the blue jean fabric is really funny; I can’t wait to see what you make with it! 🙂
