I have been a bit under the weather today, so everything is running behind schedule. But I have had a fun week and I want to share that with you.
I was able to finish a couple of zipper pouches for some friends yesterday and today. I won’t show you until they receive them, but dang, they are cute! 🙂
Monday I released my first quilt pattern, Floating, and have been overwhelmed by all the support and wonderful messages from everyone. Thank you so much!
Our LQS asked if they could display Floating in their shop through the end of the month. The Mountain Quilt Quest Shop Hop started today there and will run through Saturday. The shop hung my quilt and they are selling hard copies of the pattern. I am super stoked! I can’t wait to get in tomorrow to see the display. I wanted to go today, but my body said no. I hope it’s more agreeable tomorrow!
Just a reminder the pattern is on sale for $6 in my Craftsy and Etsy shops through August 2nd.
Also, if you visit Monday’s post (click here) and leave a comment, you’ll be entered in a giveaway for a chance to win your own copy of the pattern.
Good luck!

Congratulations on your pattern, it looks great!
I’m sorry you are feeling less than wonderful, but I hope tomorrow you feel well enough to go see your quilt hanging at the shop. I’m excited to hear about sales, too. It’s so pretty, it has to be selling well! I’ll get mine in 9 more days. =)
Congrats!!!! That is awesome that the LQS is displaying it!!!
How wonderful to have your quilt in your LQS during the hop! Have you printed off some patterns for them to sell as well? I love the colors you used – gorgeous!
Congrats on your first pattern! Its a beautiful quilt and I’m sure looks amazing displayed!
I think the support of your LQS is just awesome, Beth! Take photos of the display; I wish I could be there to see it in person, too! 🙂
